Job Summary

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to listen to recorded in-home sales presentations and make sure our team is following the correct process. You’ll use a simple report form to rate each call and note anything that’s missing or done well.

What You’ll Do

• Listen to recordings of in-home sales calls
• Check that the sales rep followed our script and process
• Fill out a report form for each call
• Flag any major issues or missing steps
• Submit completed reports to the sales manager
