UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Quality Assurance RN for Home Infusion Services to review OASIS assessments, ensure chart accuracy, and verify documentation meets CMS and agency standards.
You will collaborate with the Director, Nurse Manager, and clinical staff to support quality improvement activities, monitor action plans, and ensure timely, compliant patient care.
This full-time role requires 2 years in home health and Texas RN licensure with NLC compact recognition.

This position works with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisors, clinical team and office team to support workflow functions that impact chart review. Review all OASIS assessment documents for accuracy, consistency and supporting documentation. Review clinical charting for conformance/compliance to Medicare and Agency standards. Discuss any noted documentation discrepancies with Supervisors and clinical staff as appropriate. Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities for the agency.
