Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and control.
• Understanding of QA principles and best practices.
• Ability to create and update workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain procedures for performance metrics and SOPs.
• Create and update workflow diagrams to identify quality checkpoints.
• Identify quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Submit quality control reports and verify data entry accuracy.
• Inspect worksites for contract and quality compliance.
• Proofread documents and graphics for accuracy.
• Provide quality control checks for documents from copying/word processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with limited supervision.
