ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Quality Control Specialist II to support Warfighter programs by ensuring high-quality solutions across Electronic Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Expeditionary Warfare.

You will perform ISO 9001:2015 quality management activities, document control, audits, and process improvement while training staff and maintaining records for mission-critical systems. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance or control.
• Secret security clearance (or higher) is required to be considered.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent; related military experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality management support aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including documentation, audits, and maintaining quality records.
• Document, standardize, and maintain processes and SOPs for quality functions such as control and metrics management.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
• Oversee, train, and guide personnel on technical and quality procedures.
• Maintain and enforce the Quality Plan and ensure compliance across operations.
• Perform audits and quality assessments to ensure department-wide adherence to standards.
• Support multiple programs concurrently, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers.

ProSync is seeking a passionate Quality Control Specialist II to play a critical role in supporting the Warfighter by ensuring high-quality technical solutions across various programs in Electronic Warfare, Strategic Missions, and Expeditionary Warfare. The Quality Control Specialist will provide quality management support for infrastructure, microelectronics, and other specialized programs, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with established standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide quality management support aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including documentation, audits, and maintaining quality records.
• Standardize, document, and maintain functional processes, procedures, and SOPs for quality functions, such as document control, customer satisfaction tracking, and metrics management.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
• Oversee, train, and provide guidance to personnel regarding technical and quality procedures.
• Maintain and enforce the organization's Quality Plan and ensure operational compliance.
• Perform audits, quality assessments, and ensure department-wide adherence to quality standards.
• Support multiple programs simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers to maintain quality and reliability in mission‑critical systems.
• A Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in quality assurance or control, preferable experience in military or defense industry programs.
• Competency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other software tools.
• ~ A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
• A High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.
