Job Title - Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

Location - Midland, TX

Client Summary - We provide pressure vessels and steel tanks for production facilities in the early stages.

Profile Summary -

Quality Requirements: Must learn and follow all quality standards in accordance with our policy. Responsible for monitoring, qualification, and training of employees, including compliance with API, ASME, and other applicable standards, procedures, and work instructions.

General Requirements: Requires professional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred but not required. Ability to recognize and evaluate weld discontinuities, areas of improvement, and weaknesses in products. Capable of performing tests and measurements, and reading drawings. Willingness to work flexible schedules. Must be a team player with high dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials visually and verify documentation.
• Count materials and verify delivery quantities against documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and communicate issues to relevant departments.
• Mark and label materials for easy identification and tracking.
• Release materials to the warehouse after labeling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inspection processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
