Our client, a leader in metal fabrication, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector - 2ND SHIFT to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector - 2ND SHIFT

Location: Chester, VA

Pay Range: $18 & up based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
  • Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
  • Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
  • Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.

  • Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of measurement tools and technical drawings.
  • Ability to document inspection results accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and methodical skills.
