Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Quality Assurance/Documentation specialist to support TRB administration, NSCAR processing, and CAPA activities.

You will assist in developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in audits to ensure AS9100 compliance, promoting continual improvement across the organization. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Review Board (TRB) admin using the TRB tool to log and maintain all TRB changes/records.
• Work on the Non-Standard Customer Action Request (NSCAR).
• Work on the Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) system including root cause determination and action implementation.
• Assist the Quality Engineering Team with development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate as an audit team member to ensure AS9100 compliance and assess QMS effectiveness.
