Catalent Biologics in Madison is hiring an Associate I – Quality Assurance On The Floor. The role focuses on executing QA activities on the floor, reviewing production records, and supporting operations to ensure compliant, high-quality drug products.

The position is 100% on-site with a Wed–Sat 6AM–4PM schedule. Ideal for candidates with STEM backgrounds and 0–1 years of QA/manufacturing experience seeking growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years’ experience (Bachelor’s) or 1+ year (Associate’s) in QA/ manufacturing.
• 4+ years of high school diploma equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA on the Floor program.
• Conduct manufacturing walkthroughs.
• Provide quality support to operations.
• Issue controlled production documents (e.g., batch records, labels).
• Review batch records, test data, logs.
• Release solutions and materials.
• Inspect final product containers.
• Escalate quality/regulatory issues.
• Maintain controlled records.
