Position Overview

As a QA Nurse Reviewer, you’ll be the clinical guardian who pairs deep nursing expertise with cutting-edge automation. You’ll review AI's output of OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, and plan-of-care documents, then turn those insights into product improvements and front-line education. If you thrive on detail, love mentoring peers, and get excited about scaling quality through technology, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities: Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

AI Feedback Loop – Spot recurring error patterns, annotate edge cases, and give feedback to improve our product.

Training & Coaching – Deliver one-on-one feedback, webinars, and “lunch-and-learns” that up-skill clinicians on documentation best practices. Elevate customer teams and internal reviewers.

Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with product, data, and customer-success teams to translate findings into feature requests and dashboards. Drive continuous improvement and user delight.

Key Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence..

• Certifications: COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA.

  • Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky, etc.

• Skills:

  • Tech Savvy

  • Meticulous eye for detail and data-driven mindset.

  • Stellar written and verbal communicator who can translate clinical jargon into clear guidance.

  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and remote collaboration tools.
