Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records for quality review and regulatory compliance; complete chart review forms.
• Distribute QA Chart Reviews to supervisors monthly and note deficiencies.
• Attend Clinical Quality Review Committee meetings and record minutes/documents.
• Analyze chart review results to identify trends and deficiencies.
• Assist with maintaining the QI Plan and monitoring agency goals.
• Assist with external audits and provide requested documents.
