As a Quality Assurance Manager supporting CIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, reliability, and excellence of enterprise engineering, operations, and tech refresh services. You will lead efforts to evaluate performance, improve processes, strengthen governance, and ensure services meet established quality standards, performance measures, and strategic objectives. Your work directly elevates service delivery, drives operational improvements, and supports a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across a large, complex enterprise.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Experience performing quality assurance or quality management in largescale IT, engineering, or operations environments
Ability to analyze performance metrics, evaluate trends, and identify improvement opportunities
Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise governance, compliance, risk management, or continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical teams
