Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a senior QA lead to oversee quality assurance activities across engineering, operations, and tech refresh services, ensuring alignment with program objectives and performance standards.

You will develop and report on KPIs, support governance and audits, collaborate with leadership and project managers to drive process improvements, and ensure quality throughout the service lifecycle. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience performing quality assurance or quality management in large scale IT, engineering, or operations environments.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, evaluate trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or similar service management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership, project managers, and service owners to implement process improvements, strengthen documentation, and ensure quality throughout the service lifecycle.
• Provide quality assurance for scheduling, coordination, lifecycle planning, and management activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program requirements.
• Contribute to risk management, readiness assessments, and strategic reviews to support informed decision making and high-quality service delivery.
