Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking Quality Assurance Manager (Senior)

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems.
• Verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment.
• Maintaining and establishing a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
• Determine the resources required for information technology quality control.
• Maintain the level of quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Certifications

• IAT Level II
• Relevant Certification form a nationally recognized technical authority.

Clearance

• Secret – IT II

Responsibilities

• Develop software quality assurance plans.
• Conduct formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply subject matter knowledge to high-level analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation and implementation. Resolve problems, which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.
• Apply principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Includes but not limited to environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, and logistical support activities.

Work Environment

• Location: Remote with periodic support at Fort Belvoir or other places in the National Capitol Region.
• Type of environment: Remote

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: less than 10%
