Power3 Solutions in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (System/Software) to lead QA programs for government documents and software deliverables. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with DoD/NSA standards and maintaining high-quality SE documentation throughout the life cycle.

The candidate must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph, and at least seven years of QA experience on similar contracts, along with a technical or business bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Seven (7) years’ experience conducting quality assurance of systems and software processes on contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Quality Assurance Specialist (System/Software)

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to work in the Ft. Meade, MD vicinity. Position location is subjectto change based on central MD client's needs.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Responsible for the QA program and processes. Review and provide feedback to the Government on the documents and deliverables ensuring that quality assurance requirements adhere to the best commercial practices and are in compliance with the applicable DoD/NSA standards. Establish and manage quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery of SE documentation.

The Level 3 Quality Assurance Specialist shall possess the following capabilities:

• Perform Data Quality analysis of deliverables and documents.
• Establish and maintain a process for evaluating system and software to include associated documentation
• Monitor the level of quality throughout the system and software life cycle.
• Establish and manage quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery
• Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life
• Define, review, propose and develop process improvements for the SE Document Review and Preparation process
• Ensure that all delivered contract products (reports, software, etc.) are accurate, complete, and meet the defined Government standard.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) additional years of experience in management, administration or quality assurance may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Seven (7) years’ experience in conducting quality assurance of systems and software processes on contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
