RB Continuum, Inc (RBCI) seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA efforts for DoD and healthcare logistics software on site in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on IV&V, testing, accessibility validation, and software quality management throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will guide test strategies, metrics, and release readiness while ensuring Section 508 compliance and process improvements for enterprise systems. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Quality Assurance experience supporting IT systems.
• Experience performing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
• Experience supporting software testing and integration activities.
• Experience developing software quality metrics.
• Experience developing Software Quality Assurance Plans.
• Experience conducting formal and informal reviews throughout the software lifecycle.
• Experience supporting release validation and verification activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI eligibility.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Position Summary

RBCI is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to support software quality assurance, independent verification and validation (IV&V), testing, release validation, accessibility compliance, and software quality management activities supporting DLA medical logistics systems. The selected candidate will lead quality assurance efforts throughout the software development lifecycle and support Section 508 compliance validation activities associated with enterprise healthcare logistics systems. This position is onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties & Responsibilities

The essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:

• DoD, DLA, DHA, or VA program experience.

Required Certifications
