Torani (R. Torre & Co.) seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA on the syrup line, champion food safety, and build team capability. You’ll partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning to embed quality into daily work and decisions.

You’ll shape routines that ensure HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, and SQF-aligned programs are consistently followed, while coaching a high-performing team toward continuous improvement and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation validation, allergen control.
• Experience leading QA teams and investigations.
• Data analysis to drive quality improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA Engineers and Technicians on the syrup operation.
• Ensure food safety programs and quality standards on the floor.
• Coach teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning.
