TAT Technologies' Greensboro site seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the FAA Part 145 repair station quality system, ensuring airworthiness of all released components. You will oversee audits, CAPA, training, and regulatory readiness, partnering with FAA, foreign authorities, customers, and operations to drive safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with AS9110, and a proven ability to manage inspection, release documentation, and supplier

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation maintenance, engineering, quality, or related field.
• FAA A&P certificate strongly preferred; IA a plus.
• 5+ years in aviation maintenance quality, with 2+ years in leadership in FAA Part 145 environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage QMS per 14 CFR Part 145, including manuals and training across the site.
• Lead internal audit program covering Part 145, foreign approvals, and AS9110 elements; track findings to closure.
• Own CAPA process; lead root cause investigations and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Oversee inspection, release documentation, and ensure compliance with 14 CFR 145.157/161.
• Coordinate audits with foreign authorities and customers; ensure timely responses.
