Ideal candidates have at least 5 years QA experience, 3+ years as QA Manager, USDA meats experience, and strong knowledge of FDA, GFSI, HACCP, GMP. Relocation may be offered; first shift; salary $90-100k plus 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA.
• 3+ years as a QA Manager.
• 4+ years of experience in USDA meats.
• Strong knowledge with USDA.
• Knowledgeable in food safety programs incl. FDA, GFSI, HACCP, GMP, Allergen Program.
• Oversee Sanitation Program.
