Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a growing food company in St. Louis, MO. This first-shift role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and relocation if needed.

You will oversee QA programs, USDA compliance, and sanitation initiatives to ensure product safety and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include leading QA operations, enforcing HACCP and GMP practices, and coordinating with production teams to maintain quality standards across USDA meat

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA
• 3+ years as a QA Manager
• 4+ years of experience in USDA meats
• Strong knowledge with USDA
• Knowledgeable and experienced in food safety programs and policies, to include government regulations, FDA, GFSI, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Program
• Oversee Sanitation Program

A growing food company located in St. Louis, MO is currently searching for a Quality Assurance Manager.

Salary range for this position is $90-110k plus 15% bonus

This is a 1st shift position

• -Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA
