Job summary

Premium Production in Utah seeks a Quality Manager to ensure operations meet regulatory standards through proactive auditing, risk management, and continuous process improvement. This on-site, full-time role is based at our Hildale, Utah facility.

The right candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized, dedicated to maintaining non-negotiable quality and safety across products, materials, and processes. Pay is $25 - $30 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory experience and quality audits.
• Knowledge of FDA standards (21 CFR 111 & 117) and OSHA.
• PCQI qualification and HACCP training preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across departments to identify compliance gaps and drive CAPA.
• Analyze processes to reduce waste and ensure 21 CFR 111/117 and OSHA adherence.
• Train team on cGMP, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and leadership; report to VP of Quality Control.
• Maintain compliance docs and audit records; support Leader Standard Work.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure our operations meet and exceed all regulatory standards through proactive auditing, risk management, and continuous process improvement. This is an on-site, full-time role based at our Hildale, Utah facility. The right candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to maintain non-negotiable quality and safety across our products, materials, and processes.

Pay: $25 - $30 an hour + performance based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits across departments to identify compliance gaps, manage risks, and ensure swift implementation of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Analyze operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and maintain strict adherence to 21 CFR Part 111, 21 CFR Part 117, and OSHA standards.
• Train and empower team members on cGMP expectations, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, QA, and leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Quality Control.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, audit records, and ensure completion of Leader Standard Work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required;
• 3+ years of regulatory experience and quality audits.
• Strong technical knowledge of FDA standards (21 CFR 111 & 117) and OSHA requirements.
• PCQI qualification and formal HACCP training preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills (proficient in Google Workspace).
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to train others, build positive team relationships, and maintain high standards with an upbeat, constructive approach.
