Responsibilities

• Lead all quality activities within the plant, including incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished goods.
• Build, develop, and lead a team of quality technicians and inspectors across multiple shifts.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Monitor and improve key quality metrics (scrap, defects, customer complaints, first-pass yield).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support and lead customer audits and quality system certifications.
• Establish and maintain standard work, inspection processes, and documentation.
• Act as the escalation point for quality concerns, including the authority to stop production when necessary.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all quality activities within the plant, including incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished goods
• Build, develop, and lead a team of quality technicians and inspectors across multiple shifts

• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Establish and maintain standard work, inspection processes, and documentation
