Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions seeks a seasoned Quality Leader to own and enforce our quality program on the shop floor, coordinating audits and vendor inspections while ensuring every shipment meets regulatory standards.

You will drive corrective actions from customer complaints and internal audits, reporting to senior leadership and serving as Management Representative with direct access to top management on quality issues.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in manufacturing operations (e.g., welding, machining, heat treating, blasting, or painting).
• Proven track record leading high-performing quality teams and delivering measurable results.
• Experience running audits and managing corrective action to completion.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management, Project Management.
• Floor-first style: active on the shop floor throughout the day.

Responsabilités

• Resolve quality issues with vendors, customers, and production teams; coordinate vendor inspections.

• Review customer complaints and satisfaction trends; drive failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Report findings to senior leadership with corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Serve as Management Representative with direct access to top management on quality issues.

What you'll lead

A Quality Department of Quality Technicians and CWIs (Certified Weld Inspectors), with indirect responsibility across operations.

• Proven track record leading high-performing quality teams and delivering measurable results
• Experience running audits and managing corrective action to completion
