You will be the cornerstone of our quality compliance and assurance initiatives, ensuring we meet and exceed ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage the Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and documentation.
Lead ISO audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Oversee metrology labs, inspections, and calibration programs to maintain precision.
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to embed quality at every stage.

What You Bring:

10+ years of Quality Systems/Engineering leadership in manufacturing (building automation/tooling experience a plus but not required).
Strong expertise in ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015), lean manufacturing, and process optimization. (ISO13485, GAMP5, and Eco Vadis are a plus, but not required)
Technical proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, manufacturing methods, and quality controls.
