• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Management Systems: Direct and manage Our Client's quality assurance programs, ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and customer requirements for aircraft cabin interiors.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement and operations optimization utilizing APQP, PFMEA, and Lean Six-Sigma concepts to detect nonconformances and generate cost savings.
• Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, mentor, and coach a dedicated staff of quality engineers, administrative personnel, and inspectors while providing training on QMS and problem-solving tools.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues, manage audits, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor Performance and KPIs: Administer key performance indicators, specify manufacturing sampling procedures, and oversee the effectiveness of Our Client's corrective and preventive action processes.
