Our Client in Huntington Beach is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA for aircraft cabin interiors. The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years QA experience, and AS9100 knowledge. The position is permanent with a 8am–4pm schedule and a salary range of $109,000–$145,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience.
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Management Systems and FAA/AS9100 compliance for aircraft cabin interiors.
• Lead continuous improvement using APQP, PFMEA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Manage and mentor quality engineers and inspectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and manage corrective and preventive actions.
