Job description

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality department, providing direction and helping provide training for employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for products and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality and reliability standards.
  • Develop testing methods for raw materials and in-process inspections.
  • Maintain product quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare reports on product and process quality.
  • Manage the quality assurance team and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Manage the quality assurance budget and contribute to financial objectives.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality system requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
