Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Job Details

• Lead QA operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Manage and develop SOPs, food safety plans, and audit readiness
• Direct lab teams, supervise daily QA processes, and handle customer complaints
• Oversee allergen management, hold/release systems, traceability, and recall procedures
• Act as site liaison for FDA/USDA and third-party audit inspections

Qualifications

• B.S. in Dairy Science or related field
• 4+ years in QA leadership within dairy or food manufacturing
• HACCP, SQF, and PCQI certifications
• Experience in team management, regulatory compliance, and QA systems
• Strong communication, adaptability, and initiative
