  • Receive and investigate complaints and allegations in an objective, confidential, and timely manner.
  • Review documentation, event reports, and other records to identify trends and opportunities to improve quality of care and services.
  • Lead the Quality Assurance Committee and use data to identify systemic issues and guide improvement efforts.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and internal investigations involving quality concerns, incidents, injuries, medication errors, allegations, and other risks.
  • Develop and monitor corrective action and quality improvement plans.
  • Partner with Operations and other departments to strengthen service quality, reduce risk, and promote effective, consistent practices throughout the organization.

  • Help translate complex regulatory requirements into practical expectations for leaders and staff.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities based on audits, investigations, incidents, regulatory changes, and quality trends.
  • Evaluate policies, procedures, and operational systems and recommend improvements when needed.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique?

You will have the opportunity to influence policies and processes, identify systemic improvements, support organizational readiness, and help ensure the people we serve receive quality services in an environment that reflects our commitment to dignity, independence, well-being, compassion, inclusiveness, and innovation.
