Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes site strategies, systems and controls to support company and customer objectives in QA/Compliance
• Establishes and reports site(s) key Quality performance metrics and provides leadership support to sites to meet scorecard objectives
• Implements and maintains overarching Quality framework with training and monitoring for compliance
• Establishes and assures implementation of company-wide Quality programs
• Manages quality incident resolution with root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Addresses Quality concerns and improvement opportunities with stakeholders
• Manages audit processes and supports site QA to address deficiencies
• Guides staffing, training and performance management for the QA function
