Job summary

Michels Energy Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to support operations by implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs across pipeline projects.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a salary range of $127,000–$175,000 per year. Five or more years of QA/QC experience in the pipeline industry, certifications in AWS, CWI, ASNT and/or NACE CP or CIP, and willingness to travel across the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry.
• Certifications in AWS, CWI, ASNT and/or NACE CP or CIP.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite and facility inspections, assessments, and evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Support operations in implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs.
• Ensure alignment with safety and quality requirements across projects.
