Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Field Quality Manager to support field operations by overseeing QA/QC programs, performing on-site inspections and routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pipeline QA/QC experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to travel across the United States, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more of QA/QC experience within Pipeline industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1–3) are desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desirable).

As a Field Quality Manager, you will support field operations by overseeing the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs in the field. This role is responsible for conducting on-site inspections and performing routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
