Job summary

Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Field Quality Manager to support field operations by overseeing QA/QC programs in the field. You will conduct on-site inspections and routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards.

The role requires independent work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel across the United States and collaboration with multiple teams are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA/QC experience within Pipeline industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
• Related Industry Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1 – 3) (desired).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desired).

As a Field Quality Manager, you will support field operations by overseeing the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs in the field. This role is responsible for conducting on-site inspections and performing routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards.
