Job summary

KaMin is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and manage all quality-related activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring products meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations while driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee the Quality Management System, audits, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed quality in all processes and enable rapid containment and root-cause resolution of

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience using root cause analysis in a scientific environment.
• Five years of laboratory/mineral processing experience.
• Training in chemistry, engineering, or mathematics.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Detailed knowledge of plant operations and mineral processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management system at the manufacturing site and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead internal audits, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality activities.
• Manage non-conforming materials and CAPA, and investigate customer issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed quality.
• Provide training and develop QA team capabilities.
