Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a senior Quality leader to guide the daily Quality department functions at the New Carlisle facility. You will drive world-class customer service and build a robust quality system in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, SPC expertise, and experience with ISO 9001. You’ll collaborate across plant teams and participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring product quality and compliance while supporting safety and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality is preferred.
5+ years of related experience focused within Manufacturing Operations as a leader.

Responsibilities

Direct the entire Quality Assurance process, including planning, engineering, and auditing activities.
Collaborate with all plant teams to offer guidance, expertise, and leadership.
Lead investigations and corrective actions into customer concerns and inquiries.
Manage the Quality System for the facility and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Provide product-specific expertise to support Sales, Marketing and technical teams.
Lead Quality and Cost Improvement Projects.
Supervise the Quality Assurance team at the New Carlisle facility.
