Job summary

Marathon Cheese Corporation seeks a Quality Compliance Leader to oversee plant and laboratory QA, ensuring adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory programs. You will drive CAPA, trend analysis, and audit readiness across the value chain.

Ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in food science or related field with several years of QA experience in dairy or food manufacturing, including SQF or similar systems. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Requires Masters or Bachelors with 1–5 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems (GFSI/SQF, FDA, USDA).
Experience with auditing, CAPA, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise the Quality team in plant and laboratory.
Ensure plant compliance with Quality policies and procedures.
Manage HACCP and Food Safety Plan development and validation for new products.
Ensure audit programs for FDA, regulatory bodies, and customers are compliant.
Collaborate with corporate Quality and Sales on investigations and corrective actions.
Lead training programs to support Food Safety and Quality objectives.
