Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Quality

Responsibilities

• Assure a safe working environment for all employees targeting a zero-accident incident rate
• Leader of the Quality within the facility and owns the quality performance of the plant
• Organize and lead cross-functional teams to solve problems affecting customer relations or plant finances
• Enhance workforce knowledge base of quality systems through training and coaching
• Monitor standard work performance and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement of quality assurance systems through audits and standard work
• Develop quality assurance action plans by risk assessment and corrective actions
• Validate effectiveness of quality processes by product compliance and data analysis
• Investigate customer complaints to root cause and implement corrective actions
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain plant housekeeping; may lead Product Safety efforts
• Prepare quality documentation and reports including trends and action plans
