Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Understanding of submittal and product designs.
• Able to interface with all levels of manufacturing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects and attributes of incoming, in-process or finished equipment and determine acceptance or rejection.
• Maintain accuracy of reporting inspection data.
• Inspect product during assembly and after completion for defects.
• Report results to lead or supervisor for action.
• Evaluate parts against standards by reviewing blueprints or drawings.
• Quarantine non-conforming material and process it.
• Help design/implement inspection methods to ensure quality.
• Use QC paperwork and systems to fulfill inspection and record-keeping.
• Complete reports indicating inspection results or shipment condition.
