Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and audits.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans and related tools.
• Blueprint reading and use of measurement tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and general PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality department operations and develop personnel.
• Manage QMS in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Develop and maintain documentation, records, and controls.
• Lead meetings for APQP, safety reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with sales and program managers on first articles, PPAP, and related data.
• Support safety initiatives and incident reporting.
• Schedule and audit internal audits and assist 3rd party auditors.
• Track nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Issue instructions and assign duties ensuring policy conformance.
• Maintain documentation and records control.
