Responsibilities

• Lead Quality within the plant and own quality performance.
• Organize cross-functional teams to solve problems impacting customers/finances.
• Train and coach employees on quality systems and expectations.
• Monitor standard work and enforce policies.
• Contribute to strategic plans with action plans and standard work.
• Minimize customer claims and warranty costs by root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA systems via audits.
• Develop QA action plans from risk assessments.
• Validate quality processes by product compliance and control charts.
• Investigate customer complaints to root cause and corrective actions.
• Support new/existing product qualifications to meet expectations.
• Maintain GMP and plant housekeeping; support safety leadership.
• Prepare quality reports and trend analyses.
