Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods in Albertville, AL is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor - 2nd Shift to oversee daily QA activities and ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SQF requirements.

The role supervises QA technicians, coordinates audits, and communicates with production and maintenance to uphold food safety standards. A high school diploma and poultry experience are preferred; supervisory experience is required. The shift is Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred, especially poultry.
• Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, SQF.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA technicians and activities.
• Interface with USDA personnel and customers as directed by management.
• Plan and implement HACCP protocol testing.
• Ensure compliance with government, customer and company requirements.
