Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to assist daily plant QA/QC operations in Milwaukee. You will help with product evaluations, inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field, with strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
• Interest in food manufacturing, quality assurance, and food safety systems.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control with daily plant operations and QC activities.
• Assist with product evaluations, inspections, testing and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and data analysis for decision-making.
• Assist with sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and food safety program verification.
• Prepare reports and updates for the Quality team.
