Job summary

Rocky Mountain Steel Mills in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern for the summer (approx. 4 weeks). You will help update and optimize the EQMS used for key certifications and assist with documentation for the new long rail mill.

You will work alongside Quality System Coordinators to gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects, audits, and process improvements in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in an industrial enviornment.

Responsibilities

• Update and optimize documents, pages, and attachments for the newly implemented EQMS at RMSM.
• Assist in updating documentation for API, ISO, AAR certification audits.
• Learn processes involved with products produced at RMSM.
• Participate in RMSM internal audits.
