The role focuses on overseeing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality specifications, and reporting daily progress on projects. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in cleanroom related sectors such as Semiconductor or Microelectronics, with hands-on weld inspection, BPVC IX knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Word to document

Formación

• 2+ years combined experience in cleanroom market sectors: Semiconductor, Microelectronic, Biotech/Pharmaceutical.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
• Support subcontractors on training issues.
• Source inspections – materials.
• Support clients' RFI process.
• Document field quality issues and commendations.
• Provide daily project progress assessments.
• Develop and analyze statistical data.
• Establish QC and reliability expectations for finished products.
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives.
• Investigate and address quality complaints.
• Weld inspector per AWS B5.1, BPVC IX.
• Knowledge of duct installations, torque values, spark tests.
• Inspect welds on PVDF, PP, PE, PVC, CPVC, SS orbital.
• Inspect glue-bonded joints on PVC and CPVC systems.
• Liaise with customers and contractors; conduct conference calls.
• Use Excel and Word to maintain inspection records.
