Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our Operations team in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on ensuring product quality in a regulated warehouse environment, with routine inspections and documentation control.

You will follow SOPs, analyze nonconformances, support EQMS and supplier actions, and contribute to process improvements, working with cross-functional teams to uphold ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA in a regulated environment.
• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA standards, and EQMS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (25-30lbs).

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
• Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
• Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
• Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
• Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
• Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
• Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
