Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for our operations team in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on maintaining quality systems in a regulated warehouse environment and ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS.

You will perform routine inspections, track metrics, and support corrective actions, EQMS, and document control. 3–5 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with ISO/OSHA standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA standards, and EQMS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (25–30 lbs).

• Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
• Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
• Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
• Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
• Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
• Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
• Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
