Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Mansfield, Texas is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our plant team. Inspect parts, products and processes to ensure conformance with standards, using fixed or variable measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• High School degree or G.E.D. and 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years Manufactured housing experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and quality control mindset.
• Familiarity with safety and OSHA regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.
• Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.
