Job summary

Orion Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to verify production conformance to specifications and drawings. You will perform First Article Inspections, maintain conformance throughout runs, and interface with customer representatives on nonconformances.

Responsibilities include reviewing process specifications, maintaining nonconformance records, and supporting continuous improvements in the finish cell.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Verify first part of production for conformance to specs and drawings.
• Perform First Article Inspections on initial production runs.
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Check quality of material upon arrival and before departure.
• Maintain nonconformance records and reports.
• Coordinate with customers and Orion staff to resolve quality issues.
