Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure product quality on THM lines. You will monitor processes, document results, and support continuous improvement initiatives across molding and printing floors.

The role requires strong color perception, accurate data entry, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Prior QA experience and proficiency with spectrophotometers are a plus. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good color perception.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Previous quality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quality issues discovered to other shifts.
• Fill out the QA Daily Reports.
• Receive shots from THM Molding and document findings.
• Check color using the Spectrophotometer and record results.
• Document findings on the Thermoform Molding floor.
• Weigh THM parts and document findings.
• Notify Process Techs and THM GLs of defects and size problems.
• Ensure safety and quality by stopping a press if needed.
