Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector I to support daily QA on the Manufacturing and Packaging lines on site. This role requires a consistent presence on the production floor and collaboration with operators to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shift (2nd: Mon-Fri 3:15pm–11:30pm; 3rd: Sun-Thu 11:15pm–7:15am). Training on 1st shift hours may be required for a short period (Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm).

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, dietary supplement manufacturing or other government-regulated environment preferred.
• Detail oriented and team-centered approach is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide QA presence on product packaging lines and manufacturing processes, room clearances and release of cleaned equipment/areas, and in-process inspections in all Nutramax manufacturing areas.
• Provide input for revision of SOPs to cover work requirements in the facility or process.
• Assist in deviation investigations.
• Review pest control and environmental monitoring systems.
• Issue labels and printed material to operations per production schedule.
• Assist with identification of minor and major errors in batch records.
• Organize work to achieve daily goals with accuracy and no deficiencies.
• Communicate impact on issues affecting product quality, safety, and purity.
• Assist QA management with daily operation of the QA Hold area.
• Submit End of Day reports detailing activities, issues, and actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and work within a team environment.
• Train on SOPs, safety procedures and cGMPs as required and current.
