Join a growing Aerospace company in Redmond as a Quality Assurance Inspector!

You will perform final inspections and tests, review specifications, use calipers and gauges, and ensure top product quality. GD&T knowledge and IPC certifications are a plus. If you are looking to enhance and grow your career, apply now! First and/or second shift available.

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for conducting final acceptance and in-process tests and inspections on a variety of products.

Major Responsibilities

1. Review purchase orders, customer documents, engineering drawings/specifications, and process documentation for quality conformance inspections and tests.
2. Inspect and test products according to Acceptance Test Procedures and other criteria using inspection equipment such as calipers and radius gauges.
3. Perform cosmetic and other qualitative inspections per internal and external workmanship standards.
4. Collect and record inspection and test data; generate reports of inspection and test results.
5. Prepare non-conformance tags as required to achieve corrective actions.

Skills, Abilities, and Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings to determine product conformance.
• Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and prepare reports and certifications.
• Industry certifications in soldering (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610) and wire harnessing (IPC-A-620) or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 4 hours at a time.

Skills and Experience

• Quality Assurance experience (2 years preferred).
• Testing, Inspection, Blueprint Reading.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience.
• Experienced level.
